Sydney joined Northgate in June of 2024 after graduating from Parkland College as a Certified Veterinary Technician.  She is originally from Chatham, IL, but moved to Decatur with her boyfriend to be closer to school.  Currently, they have two cats, Tomeric and Muenster, who are both Parkland graduates as well.  Sydney has a soft spot for Boxers, and she has had at least one in her life since she was 11 years old.  In her free time, Sydney loves hiking, crafting, and watching nerdy TV shows such as Dr. Who, Naruto, and Supernatural.
